Authentication error on app

Hi all,

I purchased a new LIFX bulb which works fine, the only thing that I cant get to work is logging into the app. I made a new account, went to log into the app on both the windows store and the apple store, it just sat there trying to log in for 30 seconds - 1 minute and then just said unable to authenticate, my internet connection is fine, it’s like the log in server is broken.
