Cannot connect with LIFX Candle

Hello there, I just purchased the LIFX candle colour and I cannot connect with my HomeKit. First of all, I’m an iOS user with updated iOS system and LIFX app. I tried to connect it with my HomeKit by every solution in internet and the result said unable to connect to the HomeKit. In addition, I’m using 2.4ghz channel and not 5ghz.

I’m really struggling with this little thing and hope anyone can help me with it.

Can you otherwise use the lights with the app and cloud?
