Cannot get the Schedules option to work

So basically, I can control/access the bulb itself (White800) via the iOS app without problems. However, whenever I try to create or manage Schedules, it wont ever actuvate it or even do any said schedules. Also, the cloud option is always "disconnected "

Please contact our support team at support@lifx.com. They will walk you through debugging steps, and if those fail they can give you some Beta firmware that might help. Make sure that you let them know what ISP you are using.

I purchases 2 x LIFX specifically for scheduling them for early morning wake up, but darn … its not working! :frowning:

Everything else works which is nice, but scheduling is essential. Otherwise a WiFi bulb is pointless, its as good as a normal bulb with a switch, just from a phone.
