Daily drops over wifi- Can I change Network to 2.4?

Anyone having daily issues of late like myself in terms of daily long periods of drops with their lights? Haven’t had any issues until the last few weeks where the only solution is daily router reboot which should not be the case with the strength of our wifi. I set up the lights over a 5G Network so not sure this may be the cause, and trying to revise this in the App but don’t see an option to change to 2.4? Signal comes in and drops continuously.

Waiting on support but not expecting much help…
