For the life of me I cannot set up my LIFX A 19 bulbs after they lose connection with my Wi Fi. The online support is worthless. There is no phone support. When my connections fail I follow the install procedures exactly and it usually takes 25 times of trying before all of a sudden out of the blue they magically connect. They connect even though I have tried the exact same procedure 25 + times they just suddenly decide to connect.

These are good , great bulbs, when you can set them up but God Forbid if they disconnect, because you are on your own.

If you can, try turning off the 5GHz band on your router. If you have a Mesh system, turn down the power on the 5GHz band.

I’ve been having problems onboarding IoT devices that are 2.4GHz only. I have to turn down the 5GHz band on my Netgear Orbi RBK853 system that I was an original Beta on.
