How do I open a ticket?

I see on the support forum that I need to open a ticket for a particular issue; Cannot get lights to sync to wifi. Where do I do this at?

Using A19 bulbs. Medialink Wireless-N router. Stuck on ‘looking for light on network’ or something like that.

To open a ticket with our support team, email support@lifx.com. A ticket will automatically be opened and you’ll be sent details immediately.
