LifX Z Strip Firmware Issue

Hello,

I am having an issue - that is somewhat a PITA since upgrading one of my LifX strips to the latest firmware (3.9).

It will no longer allow me to control the individual zones in an app I use for my stream setup. I have discussed with them about it, but they are unable to fix as of yet.

I would like to downgrade the strip back down to firmware version 2.7.7 which for the other strip I have works perfectly.

How can I go about doing this?

Just another user here, but in the past an email to Support has worked for downgrades, albeit for someone using Beta firmware

If you contact support@lifx.com we can discuss the connectivity issues you’ve been seeing with the beta and provide the option to downgrade if you want.
